Last year in October, we launched a talent competition for all Coway employees, Health Planners, Codys/STs, Homecare Technicians, and Coway Technicians with the aim of encouraging work and life balance in Coway and discovering hidden talents among our members.

The responses to the contest were overwhelming! Over 120 participants joined this challenge and showcase their awesome talent in categories ranging from singing, dancing, comedy to novelty acts. 20 participants made it to the second round with the request of submitting another talent video under the theme of ‘CHANGE’. The competition is real! We struggled and debated a lot during the shortlisting phase. You all were so great! We were so proud of you for bringing you’re A-game.
