Please refer to our easy-to-follow steps to troubleshoot your water purifier power source.

Important Note: To successfully troubleshoot your VILLAEM II water purifier, you should first identify the root of the problem. Is your VILLAEM II water purifier not turning on?

  1. Observe the panel display on your product. The panel display should light up if there is power. 
  2. If there is no light appearing on the panel display, please check if your power switch is plugged in and on. If it is off, please switch it on.
  3. If the power switch is on, but your product still has no power, try switching the power plug to another power source. 
  4. If your water purifier still has no power, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.

Important Note: To successfully troubleshoot your VILLAEM II water purifier, you should first identify the root of the problem. Is your VILLAEM II water purifier not dispensing water?

  1. If the water level is low, try waiting for 45-60 minutes for the water tank to fill up. 
  2. If there is still no water, please check the adapter or 2-way valve located behind the water purifier. If it is OFF, please turn it ON by twisting it clockwise. 
  3. Please wait for 45-60 minutes to allow the water tank to fill up.
  4. If there is still no water, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.

  1. If there is no hot water flowing out, please refer to the solution for no water supply.
  2. Please check if the HOT temperature indicator is ON.

STEP 1     
Please check if the HOT temperature indicator lights up..

STEP 2     
If it is OFF, please press the HOT water button for 3 seconds to turn it on.

  1. If the water level of the HOT temperature indicator is low, please refer to the solution for no water supply.    
  2. If there is still no hot water, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.

  1. If there is no cold water flowing out, please refer to the solution for no water supply..
  2. Please check if the COLD temperature indicator is ON.

STEP 1     
Please check if the COLD temperature indicator lights up.

STEP 2     
If it is OFF, please press the COLD water button for 3 seconds to turn it on.

  1. If the COLD temperature indicator is ON, please check the temperature dialer on the right side of the panel display and ensure it is turned anti-clockwise to COLD.
  2. If there is still no cold water, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.
