Please refer to our easy-to-follow steps to troubleshoot your water purifier power source.

Important Note: To successfully troubleshoot your CORE water purifier, you should first identify the root of the problem. Is your CORE water purifier not turning on?

  1. Observe the panel display on your product. The panel display should light up if there is power.  
  2. If there is no light appearing on the power, please check if your power switch is plugged in and on. If it is off, please switch it on.
  3. If the power switch is on, but your product still has no power, try switching the power plug to another power source. 
  4. If your water purifier still has no power, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.

Important Note: To successfully troubleshoot your CORE water purifier, you should first identify the root of the problem. Is your CORE water purifier not dispensing water?

  1. Please check the water level. If the water level only has 1 bar, this means it will take 45-60 minutes for the water tank to fill up. 
  2. If there is 2 or 3 bars but still no water, please check the adapter or 2-way valve located behind the water purifier. If it is closed, please open it by twisting clockwise. 
  3. Please wait for 45-60 minutes to allow the water tank to fill up.
  4. If there is still no water, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.

  1. If there is no hot water flowing out, please refer to the solution for no water supply.
  2. Please check if the HOT temperature indicator is ON.

STEP 1     
Please check if the HOT temperature indicator lights up.

STEP 2     
To turn on the HOT temperature indicator, please press and hold the hot water symbol for around 6 seconds.

  1. If there is still no hot water please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.

  1. If there is no cold water flowing out, please refer to the solution for no water supply.
  2. Please check if the COLD temperature indicator is ON.

STEP 1     
Please check if the COLD temperature indicator lights up.

STEP 2     
To turn on the COLD temperature indicator, press and hold the cold water symbol for around 3 seconds..

  1. If the cold water output is not cold, please ensure the switch-knob selection is turned anti-clockwise to COLD position.   
  2. If there is still no cold water, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.
