Please refer to our easy-to-follow steps to troubleshoot your water purifier power source.

Important Note: To successfully troubleshoot your CORE PLUS water purifier, you should first identify the root of the problem. Is your CORE PLUS water purifier not turning on?

  1. Observe the panel display on your product. The panel display should light up if there is power.  

 

  1. If there is no light appearing on the power, please check if your power switch is plugged in and on. If it is off, please switch it on.
  2. If the power switch is on, but your product still has no power, try switching the power plug to another power source. 

 

  1. If your water purifier still has no power, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.

Important Note: To successfully troubleshoot your CORE PLUS water purifier, you should first identify the root of the problem. Is your CINNAMON water purifier not dispensing water?

  1. If there's no water flowing out when you press the button, wait for 45-60 minutes for the water tank to fill up.
  2. If there is still no water, please check the main adapter or 2 way valve located behind the water purifier. If it is closed, please open it by turning the valve downwards. 

 

  1. If there is still no water, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.
