Important Note: To successfully troubleshoot your BATERI BIDET, you should first identify the root of the problem. Is your BATERI BIDET nozzle not spraying water?

1. Please check if the main water valve is ON, this would allow water to flow out smoothly. 

2. Next, ensure that the control panel has batteries in it. 

3. If there are batteries in the control panel but still no water spraying out from the nozzle, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your bidet or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.

1. Please check if the battery is low, there will be a blinking LED light indicating the battery is low. Replace with new batteries.  

2. Please ensure the batteries are placed correctly according to +/-. If not, please change the position of the batteries correctly.  

3. Please ensure you are seated on the bidet properly as the bidet only activates when there is body weight pressure on it. 

4. If the batteries are placed correctly or you have replaced new batteries, but the bidet is still not functioning, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your bidet or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.
