Please refer to our easy-to-follow steps to troubleshoot your outdoor water purifier.

Important Note: To successfully troubleshoot your BAMBOO outdoor water purifier, you should first identify the root of the problem. Is your BAMBOO outdoor water purifier having water flow problems?

  1. Please check if the water source flow rate is low. If it is low, kindly perform backwash and flushing accordingly. 
  2. After backwash and flushing, please check if the water flow is normal.
  3. If backwash and flushing does not help, next check the controller. Please turn the controller point to filter water out. 
  4. If there is still no water flowing out after checking the controller, turn the controller to Bypass and please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your outdoor water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.

Important Note: To successfully troubleshoot your BAMBOO outdoor water purifier, you should first identify the root of the problem. To backwash and flush your BAMBOO outdoor water purifier, please refer to our easy-to-follow steps.

  1. The controller handle point will be positioned at FILTER for normal usage. 
  2. To begin backwash, turn the controller handle point to BACKWASH. Let the water flow out for 3 minutes until the water becomes clear. 
  3. Next, turn the controller handle point to FASTWASH for rinsing. Let the water flow out for 3 minutes. 
  4. Repeat Step 2 and Step 3 again.
  5. Finally, turn the controller handle point back to FILTER for normal usage.

  1. Please check if the auto timer is displaying. 
  2. If the auto timer is displaying, drain water through the water output by pressing the finger button. 
  3. If there is no water flowing out, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your outdoor water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.
