Please refer to our easy-to-follow steps to troubleshoot your water source.

Important Note: To successfully troubleshoot your OMBAK water purifier, you should first identify the root of the problem. Is your OMBAK water purifier not dispensing water?

1If the water level is low, try waiting for 45-60 minutes for the water tank to fill up.

2If there is still no water, please check the adapter or 2-way valve located behind the water purifier. If it is OFF, please turn it ON by twisting it clockwise.

3Please wait for 45-60 minutes to allow the water tank to fill up.

 

4If there is still no water, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.

2Please check if the HOT temperature indicator is ON.

 

STEP 1
Please check if the HOT temperature indicator lights up.

STEP 2
If it is OFF, please press the HOT water button to turn it on.

3If the water level of the HOT temperature indicator is low, please refer to the solution for no water supply.

4If there is still no hot water, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.

1If the cold water is not flowing out, please refer to the solution for no water supply..

 

2Please check if the COLD temperature indicator is ON.

Please check if the COLD temperature indicator lights up.


STEP 2
If it is OFF, please press the COLD water button to turn it on.

3If the water level of the COLD temperature indicator is low, please refer to the solution for no water supply.

4If the water is still not cold, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.

Important Note: To successfully troubleshoot your OMBAK water purifier, you should first identify the root of the problem. Is your OMBAK water purifier not turning on?

1Observe the panel display on your product. The panel display should light up if there is power.

2If there is no light appearing on the panel display, please check if your power switch is plugged in and on. If it is off, please switch it on.

 

3If the power switch is on, but your product still has no power, try switching the power plug to another power source.

4If your water purifier still has no power, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water purifier or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.
