Important Note: To successfully troubleshoot your LILY water softener, you should first identify the root of the problem. Is your LILY water softener not dispensing water?

1. Please check if the main water valve is ON, this would allow water to flow out smoothly. 

2. Next, ensure the knob is at the SOFT WATER position. 

3. If there is still no water flowing out, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your water softener or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.
