Please refer to our easy-to-follow steps to troubleshoot your bidet.

Important Note: To successfully troubleshoot your FONTANA bidet, you should first identify the root of the problem. Is your FONTANA bidet nozzle not spraying water?

  1. Please check if the power switch is turned ON.   

 

  1. If the power switch is on but there is still no water, please check if the main valve is turned ON.   
     
If the main valve is OFF, please rotate it clockwise to turn it ON.

 

  1. If there are batteries in the control panel but still no water spraying out from the nozzle, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your bidet or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.

  1. Please ensure you are seated on the bidet properly as the bidet only activates when there is body weight pressure on it. 

 

  1. If the bidet is not responding even after you are seated properly on it, please call the Cody/ST who recently serviced your bidet or call Coway's Careline to report the issue.
