Mattress Care Service Voucher Redemption

Terms & Conditions

1. The mattress care service shall be performed by Coway’s Homecare Technician (HT) to customer who fulfil the requirements within three (3) months from the registration date of this free trial. The schedule (time / date) of performance of mattress care service is subject to availability of the HT and confirmation by Coway.
2. The mattress care service is only applicable to spring mattresses, latex mattresses and foam mattresses.
3. Coway makes no representation or warranty in respect of the mattress care service and excludes liability for all claims, damages, losses, costs and other liabilities incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of Coway’s acts or omissions. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the mattress care service is suitable for the customer’s mattress.
4. Coway reserves the right to accept or reject any Customer registration if the mattress types or mattress condition do not cover by Coway (authorised) service representative after visitation.
5. Notwithstanding the registration of this free trial mattress care services, Coway reserve the right to withhold or not provide any services without further notice.
